Jewellery box components, CNC cut in Ajman
Shams Steel Trunks supplies CNC-cut galvanised steel parts to jewellery box makers: inner supports for bangle boxes, earring stands, earring trees and ring and necklace displays. Parts are cut to your drawing from galvanised sheet, in any size and quantity.
How the parts are used
The steel part is wrapped in velvet, foam or the box lining and fitted inside the box. A bangle bar, for example, supports the bangle so it sits upright and neat when the box is opened.
1. Send a drawing
Send a sketch, DXF file or a sample part, with the thickness and quantity.
2. We CNC cut it
Parts are cut from galvanised sheet on our CNC cutting line.
3. You assemble
Wrap the parts in your lining and fit them in your boxes.

Our standard bangle bars come in three widths. Other sizes can be cut to order.

Earring stands and trees
